Marisa Naval is a Founding Partner at RN Consulting. She is a seasoned Financial Controller with nearly two decades in Senior Corporate positions in Construction, Oil & Gas, Design & Landscaping, and Immigration & Global Talent Relocation companies in Ontario and Alberta.

Marisa provides superior financial oversight starting with laying the groundwork and foundation of an excellent finance and accounting system fit for both domestic and international operations.  She designs financial controls, policies and strategies that align and support operations, sales and business development, client support and Human Resources.  

Ultimately, Marisa delivers in shaping a successful P&L, lifting her companies with strong Financials to show their firm ability to execute projects according to contractual agreements.

Marisa offers suitable solutions to the most challenging business issues of today, including labour shortage and manpower retention, low EBITDA and high operating expenses, cash flow and payroll problems, invoicing clients, liquidation of Accounts Receivable and collections, and contract management.

Marisa received her Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Commerce from De La Salle University.
