RJ Naval is a Founding Partner at RN Consulting. He is a licensed Barrister and Solicitor that is of good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.  He is also a Notary Public in Ontario. 

 RJ received his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. He consistently excelled in his academic studies, becoming the recipient of several distinguished scholarships. He was the recipient of the Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP Award for being within the top 20th percentile of his graduating class. He was also the recipient of the Bereskin & Parr Award for being the top student in his Patents Law class. He represented Osgoode Hall Law School in the Harold G Fox Intellectual Property Moot regarding a Trademarks matter. He won the best Appellant Factum Award and made it to the semi-finals of the competition.

RJ graduated with high distinction at the University of Toronto; receiving a BA Honours in History and Sociology. He achieved a grade-point average within the top 5th percentile, becoming a member of the Dean's Honour List since his first year and was the recipient of numerous scholarships. He is also a member of the Golden Key International Honors Society, a collegiate honour society where only leading academics and university students are qualified to join.

Prior to establishing RN Consulting, RJ articled for the Legal Services Division of the City of Mississauga. He assisted City Counsel in a variety of commercial real estate transactions and insurance defense matters. He also worked at a boutique law firm that specialized in commercial litigation and residential real-estate transactions.

With his background, RJ can navigate commercial transactions from both the perspective of private businesses and government entities.
